AI credits: you pay only for what you use
There is no monthly subscription for the AI agent. The assistant spends credits when it handles a message; while it waits, you pay nothing. The unit price is $0.005 / credit, and the bigger the package the cheaper the unit.
For a short reply of about 700 tokens: GPT-5 ≈ 14 credits (≈ $0.07) · GPT-5 mini ≈ 3 credits (≈ $0.015) · GPT-5 nano ≈ 1 credit. You choose the model per agent.
The Starter package (10,000 credits, $50) covers roughly 3,000 customer replies with GPT-5 mini.

How is WhatsApp CRM integration pricing determined?
By the number of lines you connect: every WhatsApp or Telegram line is $50/mo, an official WhatsApp Business API number is $60/mo, and the Meta ads module is $79/mo per ad account. The number of users does not affect the price.
Is there really no per-user fee?
No. Whether you add 3 people or 30 people to your team, the price stays the same. The fee is based only on the number of lines.
What is in the free trial, and is a card required?
One WhatsApp line and 500 AI credits for 14 days. We do not ask for a credit card; when the trial ends the account does not switch to paid on its own.
Do I pay a separate subscription for AI?

If I cancel the subscription, what happens to my conversation history?
Your conversations are written to your CRM records, so they stay in your CRM. The line runs until the end of the period, then closes; service continues to the end of the period you paid for.
