Sell WhatsApp CRM
under your own brand.
The white label WhatsApp CRM programme lets you offer FlexInbox to your customers on your own domain, under your own brand. Your customer signs in at your address, sees your logo and is invoiced by you. The FlexInbox name appears nowhere.
Your own domain · Free SSL · You set the price
Brand, colour, domain and email:
all in your own panel
Sell it as your own product
That is exactly what the agency programme is for: as an agency you already set up the CRM for your customer. Handing them the messaging side under someone else's brand reminds them of that brand every month.
The brand is entirely yours
The domain, logo, colour, email sender name and legal pages are yours. Your customer never sees the FlexInbox name on any screen.
You set the price
The unit cost you pay the platform is written in the panel; you set the sale price and the difference stays with you.
The customer relationship is yours
You collect the payment and you provide the support. We run the infrastructure and invoice only you.
From partner to live, step by step
The technical work is not on you: you create the DNS record, the rest runs from the panel.
Your customers on one screen
A separate SaaS console opens in the panel: how many customers, how many lines, how much credit, which renewal is coming up. From each customer row you open a licence, load credit or suspend the account.
Customers, lines, credit and renewals:
all in one strip
Creating a customer and inviting them
You pick the company name, the admin email and a CRM; the invitation email goes out under your brand. If the invitation has not been accepted, you see it in the list.
Sign-ups on your own domain
You can turn self sign-up on or off. While it is off, only you create accounts.
Licence management
You open a line, assign it to a member of staff, cancel it or restart it. Each action is charged to your saved card.
Credit pool
You buy AI credit as a pool and distribute it to your customers. Who consumed how much is right there in the list.
Order approval
Your customer requests a line or credit from the panel and it opens once you approve. You can switch it to automatic approval if you prefer.
Publishing announcements
You publish announcements inside the panel to your own customers: maintenance, a new feature or pricing news.
Your customer never sees FlexInbox
This is not a preference, it is how the system works
Once a brand is approved, the FlexInbox name is technically prevented from appearing on that domain. The rule is not limited to the panel: emails, links and the connector names on the CRM side carry your brand too.
- Your customer can sign in only from your domain, never from the central address
- The rule holds on the realtime connection too, not just on the login screen
- Notification emails go out with your brand name and a link to your panel
- Connector, bot and card names created on the CRM side are registered under your brand
- If you configure your own SMTP server, emails leave entirely from your own address
The domain and the certificate are on us
Publishing your domain, installing the certificate and renewing it are our job. You only create the DNS record.
- A free SSL certificate is installed and renewed before it expires
- The DNS and certificate status of your domain is monitored continuously and you are told if something breaks
- One infrastructure runs: when a new feature ships, your customers get it the same day
- There is no separate server, no separate installation and no upgrade maintenance
The CRM connection carries your app too
For Zoho, Bitrix24, HubSpot and GoHighLevel you can register your own developer application. Your customer then sees your name on the authorisation screen as well, and the whole round trip closes on your domain.
Your own app identity
You enter your own client id for each CRM; if you do not, the central application is used.
Zoho data centre
Whichever data centre the agency's Zoho account lives in is the one it connects from; accounts outside Europe are supported too.
GoHighLevel agency account
You connect your own GoHighLevel agency account and open licences for sub-accounts. The sub-account manager is not involved in the rest.
Who pays whom
The model is simple: we invoice you, you invoice your customer. The difference is your margin.
You pay us
The wholesale cost of the lines and credit you open for your customers is charged to your saved card and invoiced to your company.
Your customer pays you
You collect at your own price, in your own way. We never deal with your customer.
A loss warning
If you set a sale price below your cost, the panel warns you; you will not sell at a loss by accident.
What to know before becoming a partner
Some of this is our product policy, some is where we stand today. We write down both up front.
The domain is your responsibility. You buy the domain and create the DNS record. The certificate cannot be installed before the record propagates.
No customer transfer. Once a customer is attached to an agency, they cannot be moved to another agency or to a central account. That link is deliberately one way.
Configure your own SMTP. If you do not, the display name on emails is your brand but the technical sender address stays with us. With your own server, mail leaves entirely from your domain.
Show all technical limitations
The platform sets the cost. The wholesale unit cost and the trial period given to customers are set by the platform; an agency cannot write its own trial.
You cannot open free lines. Giving a customer a paid line always goes through the payment flow. Only a trial can be granted as a starter package.
A CRM is required. Every customer an agency creates picks a CRM; there is no CRM-less usage.
Leaving does not cut service off. If the partnership ends, new sales and renewals stop immediately while paid service keeps running to the end of its period.
Taking a brand down means removing the domain. Because of the brand rule, the only way to really take a brand offline is to remove the domain from the server.
About the white label programme
What exactly does the white label WhatsApp CRM programme give me?
The right to offer all of FlexInbox on your own domain, under your own brand. The panel, the emails and the names on the CRM side carry your brand; your customer never sees the FlexInbox name.
Do I need a separate server or installation?
No. One infrastructure runs and the brand is resolved from the domain. The only technical work asked of you is one A record on your domain; the certificate and go-live are on us.
Who sets the price?
You set the sale price. The wholesale unit cost you pay the platform is written in the panel, and a warning appears if you set the sale price below cost.
Do you collect payment from my customer?
No. We invoice only you; you collect from your customer at your own price. No commercial relationship is created between us and your customer.
Can my customer sign up on their own?
That is your choice. You can allow sign-ups on your domain, or turn them off and create every account yourself.
Which CRMs does it work with?
Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, HubSpot and GoHighLevel. If you like, you register your own developer application for each one, and then your name appears on the authorisation screen too.
How do I join the programme?
Write to us. We share the wholesale prices and the partnership terms and open your account as a partner; once you enter your brand we can publish your domain the same day.
