Your Telegram chats, too, in the same panel
Connect your Telegram accounts via QR and manage them in one unified inbox alongside WhatsApp. Media, @usernames and quoted replies; CRM sync, automatic record creation and a trainable AI agent all work on Telegram too.
✓ Connect via QR in minutes · ✓ Two-factor authentication supported · ✓ One view with WhatsApp
WhatsApp and Telegram, one customer view
Even when the same customer writes from different channels, it isn't scattered — it's one unified stream.
You connect your Telegram account with a QR code, just like WhatsApp. If two-factor authentication (cloud password) is enabled on your account, the panel securely asks for it during connection; this is not your panel password but Telegram's own 2FA password. Once connected, your Telegram messages appear in the same inbox as your WhatsApp messages, with a channel badge.
Everything that comes in on the Telegram side appears fully in the stream: media (images, video, files), the customer's @username and quoted replies. When an agent responds, they choose which channel to send from; if the customer wrote from Telegram they're answered on Telegram, if from WhatsApp then on WhatsApp.
The entire stream is linked to the correct CRM record. When a message arrives from an unknown contact, a record is created automatically, the chat history is written to the customer card, and your team works from one screen with the full history in view. You can also assign an AI agent to Telegram lines and enable multi-user sharing.
- Unified chat: WhatsApp and Telegram in one list, one stream, with a channel badge.
- Two-factor authentication: Accounts requiring a cloud password connect securely.
- Media & quotes: Images, video, files, @usernames and quoted replies appear in full.
- AI & automation: The trainable AI agent and automatic CRM records apply to Telegram lines as well.
What you can do on Telegram
Telegram shares the same powerful infrastructure as WhatsApp; there's no separate tool to learn.
Unified inbox
Telegram and WhatsApp in one list, with a channel badge on every chat. Labels, open/closed status and the unread marker work the same across all channels.
Media & voice messages
Images, video and files appear in the stream; you can listen to incoming voice messages, and if the AI agent is enabled it can transcribe and reply to them.
@username & quotes
See the customer's @username and reply with a quote to a specific message; context is never lost.
Shared & multi-user
Your team manages a single Telegram line together; every message shows which agent wrote it, with assignment and permissions in your hands.
Automatic CRM records
When a message arrives from an unknown contact, a Lead/Contact is created automatically and the chat is written to the correct customer card.
Trainable AI agent
The AI agent trained on your own knowledge base replies on Telegram too, and hands off to a real agent when it isn't sure.

Telegram integration, FAQ
Does it connect a Telegram bot or a personal account?▾
FlexInbox connects your personal Telegram account; your customers experience it as messaging with a regular person. On the Bitrix24 side, bot-based routing via Open Channels is also possible.
Will two-factor authentication (2FA) be a problem?▾
No. If a cloud password is enabled on your account, the panel asks for it securely during connection. This is not your panel password but Telegram's own 2FA password, used only to connect.
Can I combine WhatsApp and Telegram in the same panel?▾
Yes. Both channels are managed in one unified inbox, with a channel badge. The agent chooses which channel to reply from; context and history are never lost.
Do media and voice messages come through?▾
Yes. Images, video and files appear in the stream; you can listen to incoming voice messages, and if the AI agent is enabled it can transcribe and reply in the same stream.
Can I share the Telegram line with my team?▾
Yes. A single Telegram line is managed by multiple users together; every message shows which agent wrote it, with assignment and permissions in your hands.
Do I pay separately for Telegram?▾
The subscription is per line, and WhatsApp and Telegram count separately. Each line renews independently, monthly or annually; AI usage is metered separately with the AI Assistant Package.
