Frequently asked questions

Do I need the WhatsApp Business API to use FlexInbox?

No. Your agent connects their own WhatsApp number with a QR code, just like WhatsApp Web. There is no Business API application, template approval or monthly per-number API fee. You continue with the number your customers already know.

Can multiple agents use the same number?

Yes. A single WhatsApp or Telegram number is shared by multiple agents, all messages gather in one inbox the whole team can access, and the sender is clear on every reply.

Which CRM systems does it work with?

FlexInbox integrates with Zoho CRM, Bitrix24 and HubSpot. You can message from the record card, open automatic records for unknown numbers and keep owner sync two-way.

Does the AI agent make up information?

No. The AI agent speaks only from your knowledge base using RAG. It is fed with plain text, websites, FAQs and files. When unsure, on a keyword or when the customer asks, it hands off to a real agent. As soon as an operator types, the AI goes quiet in that chat.

How does pricing work?

The subscription is per line, WhatsApp and Telegram are charged separately, and you can choose monthly or yearly. Each line renews independently. AI usage is metered separately through an AI Assistant Package, and payments are taken securely via iyzico.
