There is no feature limit beyond the number of lines. Whatever plan you pick, everything below is on for every line.

Unified inbox

WhatsApp and Telegram in one list with a channel badge. Multiple agents share the same number, and every message shows who sent it and who owns the chat. Browser push and email notifications are included.

CRM integration

Zoho, Bitrix24 and HubSpot work out of the box. Chat from a Zoho record with automatic Lead/Contact/Deal creation, Bitrix24 Open Lines mapping, and live chat right inside a HubSpot Contact. No extra license or WhatsApp Business API needed.

Trainable AI agent

An agent that speaks only from your knowledge base. Suggest, semi-automatic and fully automatic modes, with handoff to a human based on a confidence threshold. Usage is metered by a separate AI Assistant Package.

How pricing works

No complex package tables. The logic is simple and predictable.

Pricing is per line. A line is a WhatsApp or Telegram number you connect. WhatsApp and Telegram lines are subscribed separately, so you pay only for the channels you actually use. Add lines as you grow, and choose not to renew when you scale back.

Monthly or yearly, each line independent. You can keep each line on whatever period you like. With auto-renew on, a line renews independently on its own cycle; with it off, the line stops at period end and disconnects. Keeping one line yearly and another monthly is entirely up to you.

AI usage is separate. AI agent usage is metered by an AI Assistant Package separate from your subscription. Each AI reply draws from your package; a short reply costs little, while a long answer or an advanced model costs more. When the package runs out, the AI stops and the conversation hands off to a human, so there are no surprise bills.

Is there a free trial?

Do I pay a WhatsApp Business API fee?

No. FlexInbox connects your number by QR, just like WhatsApp Web. There is no WhatsApp Business API application, approval process, or per-message API fee. The only thing you pay is your per-line subscription and, if you want it, your AI Assistant Package.

How exactly is pricing structured?

It is per line. You take a monthly or yearly subscription for each WhatsApp or Telegram number. There is no feature limit beyond the number of lines: the inbox, CRM, reporting and templates are included on every line.

How do I renew or cancel a subscription?

Each line is independent. You renew lines one by one, monthly or yearly, and turn auto-renew on or off. With auto-renew off, the subscription stops at period end and that line disconnects.

How is the AI Assistant Package metered?

It is usage based. Each AI reply draws from your package. A short reply costs little, while a long answer or an advanced model costs more. You see a transparent breakdown of how much each message spent in the panel, and you can set up auto-renew before the package runs low. When it runs out, the AI stops and the conversation hands off to a human.
